Graham Kennedy, our artist, produces incredible Bible pictures which are used all over the world. Before working for Foundation Matters Graham trained as a cartoonist and worked for D C Thomsons drawing characters such as ‘Dennis the Menace’ and ‘Desperate Dan.’ He then went to train as an animator at Cosgrove Hall and worked on ‘Dangermouse’ and ‘The BFG’ by Roald Dahl. He has been involved in drawing for numerous comic strips and producing for multiple TV series and Advertising agencies.

In 2002, Graham began working on his most exciting project yet - the Bible!

“Illustrating the Bible is by far the biggest and most important job I’ve ever taken on, but since becoming a Christian it’s the one I really wanted to do. I turn all other work away now to concentrate on this. My studio is now a strange mix of Bugs Bunny, Batman and Bibles!

When you are illustrating the Bible, there are so many things you have to take into account, like customs, clothing, archeology, geographical features etc - they all play an important part. When you start to study the Bible, you begin to realise what an amazing book it really is!”
